I cannot get the GPS to work properly,and the T-Mobile store clerks are not yet familiar with the phone. The T-Mobile phone providers are ignorant- they just try to read from a pre-printed manual, I do not think that most of them have actually touched the phone. NO HELP AT ALL!!!
