It does NOT have .PDF, .doc or any book reader unless you buy them, because so far there is none for free. There is real player, so you can see quiet a few videos formats. The phone battery lasts 2-3 days on stand-by but less tham a day in heavy usage. The GPS is good and works well with the nokia maps, it is as good as tomtom, really! The sound is not very good.
