The first two are very basic ones but work great for simple calculations.These 2 calculator applications are  named Pocket Calculator and Calc Touch published by Offscreen. The third one is a Nokia application called handwriting calculator.It is based on handwriting recognition.For example write “2 + 2 =” with stylus and get the result as 4. Check out the screenshots and download the applications. They are all free.
